      Scotts Miracle-Gro is the leader in the Lawn & Garden category. Associates are able to and advised to take on roles outside their established career path. People are the strength here - some very sharp associates. Products are prominent on big box partner shelves. Corporate office has a ski lodge feel and grounds are beautiful. Compensation is good. Looking to shift to more "family" - "one team" culture.

      Facing difficult economic headwinds in the category for the near future. HQ is in Marysville, OH.
