Great colleagues but a toxic work environment

Pros

Some folks are really great, exposure to different parts of the business.

Cons

The most toxic company I have ever worked at. Extremely high workload, expected to work evenings and weekend and during PTO. Departments are gutted and the business is barely functioning. Weak benefits. Company first, don't worry about your family or personal life, company. Aggressive and punitive leadership.

Pros

A lot of opportunities to learn from many areas. A lot of places to take work from and being able to push ideas quickly.

Cons

No clear leadership and the product changes constantly. Not enough people to work with, no accountability and mid benefits. Every other week a person (or 2 or 3) you were working with quits and their work is never taken by anyone.

Pros

There’s some good talent to work with and learn from at Scout and the other companies they work with (VW, Audi, RVT).

Cons

Competition amongst leadership results in people losing their jobs, a lack of collaboration between teams, and fabricated issues becoming real issues. Severely understaffed teams with unrealistic expectations. The urgency that’s normal near a vehicle launch already exists.
