The co workers were amazing.

Cons

Got fired for petty reasons! Management doesn’t know how to do their job. Horrible raises. No growth opportunities. Managers will block you from getting into different departments. Management bullies people that they don’t like personally! They say they don’t have favoritism but they do!

Gary Fybel is missed. He had great customer service skills and vision. It’s a sad thing he left.

Cons

Management: Nepotism. If you bring up any thing and it’s regarding true communication the manager(s) take it personally. Managers need training and are you are promoted by who they know not what they know. Managers are not present and they are not held accountable. Communications dept. has no communication. Lack of professionalism. They are trying to hold meetings for employees to voice but everyone doesn’t want to attend because it’s known for getting information and they scared of retaliation. Management is poor.
