Everything from Scripps not following their rules,managers and supervisors use employees as pawns and use intimidation tactics to get the job done even if it's at the expense of the employees job,health or mental health capacity. They really do their best to show you that Scripps doesn't even follow their own written rules, managers hold secret meetings and discuss and gossip behind every employees back this has dire negative effects on all including those that don't directly work in the department as gossip is spread and spearheaded by managers without any remorse or real consequences from HR or corporate. Even if the employees does complain it is held over their head like they murdered someone and will forever have to bear the consequences of speaking up when scripps policy itself encourages employees to speak up. Enough is Enough.
