Great upward mobility. If you are good for Brunswick, you will be rewarded. Amazing and complex business that has many exciting challenges and opportunities.

Cons

Only downside is the type of business. Selling a product that is not a necessity is always a risk. Brunswick pays good salaries to combat this risk.

Great workforce team! Dedicated and passionate about their work and company. Premier product in the industry and well recognized as a leader. High quality and safety standards. Committed middle management team truly concerned with the future and the team work / lift balance.

Cons

Recent constant shake up in leadership has left high unnecessary concerns with job permanency and distracting away from job performance and execution.
