      Constant lay-offs, no job security.

      Pros

      Not many left, which is why most people who can find another job leave.

      Cons

      Sometimes no raises or less than a couple percent. Very few benefits left, no good health insurance any more. Employees not treated well, just a number to be cut.

      The technical team is truly world-class capable. They work well as a team of experts. If you are qualified, this is a great place to continue to grow in knowledge and contribute.

      Cons

      Everyone works very hard, which is not necessarily an issue, if you are also motivated and work hard. It is understandably hard to get in.
