      Great place to work. You work on cutting edge field. Always something new to work on. Plenty of opportunity to learn and grow.

      Management is not very quick to change course when their plans don't work.

      Pros

      I enjoyed working with most all of my colleagues and customers. As a rather large company, they had the resources to get things done.

      Cons

      It can be difficult to track down the information that you need and the people who might have it. Everything and everybody who you don't yet know well seem closed off behind walls of Lotus Notes databases.
