Pros
Ok food in the cafeteria with decent prices. Some ok people to work with. You might run into some decent people to work with.
Cons
I've seen really really wonderful dedicated workers get laid off while watching people who don't even know how to do basic computer stuff (think copy/paste type thing) or don't even know what a browser or OS is that hold higher positions. I've watched people do absolutely nothing for weeks and months on end and management doesn't care as they saddle the one person on their team that is capable of work with all the tasks so the other people don't have to lift their poor lazy fingers. Lazy people get raises or bonuses, especially if they are favorites. Get away with abusing time off but others get strict rules for how they can use time off. Some management is utterly clueless and worthless. They have no idea how to manage people and run the good ones into the ground then throw them out while the lazy ones sit around accomplishing nothing. I've gotten one raise in 5 years. Bonuses are gone. Life is on hold waiting for them to decide who they want to ax the next time around. Too worried to spend any money on anything because you're never sure if a month or two or three down the road means you'll be jobless. They gave out everyone's w-2 info then gave us pathetic help to "sort it out" and it cost us money out of our own pockets to freeze our credit and try to protect ourselves while they gave us the absolute minimum and worst rated service to "help". All that matters is that the higher up people get their bonuses, checks, and live happily while they do everything they can to keep you down low.
