Salaries are decent enough, bonuses are paid out regularly. All the standard benefits of working at a global corporation. The work is pretty boring, but it's easy and deadlines are predictable. Food at the cafeteria is adequate and healthy.

Cons

Not a ton of culture, bonuses are very light, and the coffee is undrinkable.

Less workload, relax environment , good opportunities for firmware and system level engineers, good brand name.

Cons

Management is worst, In my case being java developer for 6+ years they asked me to code in .net, c# without training/product KT and was expected to fix production bugs from first week. manager kept on shouting about low productivity. I would not recommend this company.
