Pros

During the Pandemic there was a lot of uncertainty in the world but one thing I learned whilst at Seal and Design is that there is always a way. During volatile market conditions everyone proved the ability to step up and work as a team which resulted in another successful year. The constant investment in technology and process changes to maximize efficiency easily line up the successful trajectory of the company.

Cons

Fast paced, constantly changing, can be stressful at times.

Pros

Benefits are great, 401k and profit-sharing is a real highlight. Upper Management has been implementing a new management system throughout the company over the last 2 years, and it's working. Onboarding processes are the best they have ever been, and inter-department communication is constantly evolving and improving thanks to cross-training and shadowing. There are team meetings to keep open communication within and between departments.

Cons

It can be fast-paced, so it won't be for everyone. Every position within the company is detail-oriented, so it is necessary to truly be detail-oriented.
