Pros

The company has different entities under it’s umbrella; those entities are each their own separate LLCs. The pro is that each is a small company; which, if you like smaller companies, this is a really good atmosphere, as it is more like a close hardworking family.

Cons

Most of the entities are government contractors, so the business ebbs and flows and also, it can be a little nerve racking with regards to job stability when those contracts come up for rebidding every couple of years. There is no surety to whether a government contract will ever be renewed with contractors.
