Pros

Seamless.AI has a great culture and it makes you feel like you are truly part of the team. Instead of going through the motions, I feel motivated to do my job for the greater good of the company. Every Employee is very willing to work with you in order to accomplish what needs to be done and there is room for growth and promotion opportunities all the time. My work life balance has never been better.

Cons

Base pay was a bit low for me personally but the company culture and employees have more than made up for it and the bonus's should mostly make up for my complaints in this department.

Pros

Remote, decent pay if you hit quota, huge focus on personal and professional development, more low level managers are pretty good, Hopkins and Brandon are awesome.

Cons

Move up or move out mentality, middle management, above team lead and below Brandon Bornancin, sucks. If you aren’t the top 5 performers you’ll be lucky if management even knows your name. However if you’re a bottom performer you’ll wish they didn’t. They will tell you to work over your 40 hours and just not log it, if you don’t do this you have no hope at being at the top. You could work from 8am to 8pm M-F and you’ll be told to make sure only 40 hours are on the clock for hubstaff.

Pros

Great training, you get every tool you need to sale, everyone wants to help, no teammate is left behind

Cons

This job isn’t for someone who wants to sit around all day doing messing around on Slack and doing ‘discovery’. Hard work is expected and I guess some people in sales don’t like trying to make the most money they can while at work. 🤷🏼
