      Pros

      Working with a team that is united across all fronts that wishes nothing but success for one another has been a complete 180 from jobs & management I’ve had in the past. Watching people come in to work everyday inspired to make a difference and make an impact has made work not only fun but enjoyable to show up to everyday. I could only wish that other people could enjoy this type of atmosphere. Smashing gongs, getting to learn from experts in their craft & ultimately building a software company that is unlike anything else has been a blast.

      * Great culture * Fun/friendly co-workers * Everyone is hard working * Ability to work remotely * Good PTO policy * Being a startup there's great opportunity for career growth * Randomly announced half-days or extra holidays (good culture) * Everyone desired to make the company succeed

      Cons

      * Self-induced pressure to exceed all expectations to make the company succeed * There are at times issues with focus on specific tasks... But being a startup that is kind of expected * Having to be a "jack of all trades" at times. Great because you get to learn many new things though!
