Pros

Your hand is held throughout the whole training process. The training managers give you everything you need to be comfortable with cold-calling and objection handling. Didn't ever feel overwhelmed throughout the process. Coming from the service industry, many of the skills translated well. Communication from management is amazing; never felt like I was left in the dark with anything.

Cons

not necessarily a con, you need to have grit and a genuine satisfaction from sales and talking to people every day. If you get let down easily or have a hard time dealing with people, you will hate this role.

Pros

They really know how to make you feel special and coach you to sell like a sleazyball. A good place to learn if you are brand new out of college

Cons

Awful company that uses peoples databases (CRM) to pull info. I'm waiting to hear about a class action here. Dont work here if you have sales experience THEY ARE BANNED FROM LINKEDIN

remote everyone knows the place sucks and is on the same page to leave

They watch every single thing you do like a hawk, the micromanagement is insane. Low pay Bad contact data Pressure all day I can go on all day
