Poor training and management is not consistent. Assumes a lot without facts and have their own family environment but will make you feel like an outsider.

Cons

The owner Micromanages and runs reports to see if you are tardy or not. If you are at your desk at 8:01, you will be written up. They promise you can chose your own schedule, but that ends up not being the case.
