5yThanks for your feedback and sorry your experience is (or was) not as expected. We strive to create a positive environment with integrity and respect for the individual at the foundation. If a person or persons aren't, or were not, showing up to our standards, we all have the duty to address this first with the "offending" person/persons, then work with the manager, HR, etc., to solve.
We work very hard and demand a lot from our people. We live our core values: innovation, customer value, excellence, respect for the individual, and team. Changing the market is hard work, we can have fun in the process while respecting one another.
