Nothing at all. Leadership under pressure to motivate and bad communication from the top.

Cons

No investment into the product which made us vulnerable and had to sell because there is no one left to actually run the business successfully.

Done and done. Very pleased to announce that Searchmetrics is now part of Conductor, the leading organic search platform for enterprise companies. Staff were impacted by the acquisition, unfortunately, including yours truly. But despite what some feel about management, not all information can be openly communicated to all staff at all times and there are hard decisions that had to be made. All the same onward and upward!!!!

Since 4 years the main reason why I am here is my managers, which always supported me personally to develope and be able to test new stuff. Also I love the teamspirit, of course covid changed a lot and we don't see each other that often, but if so, we are still an amazing group of talents!

Cons

I would love to see more continuity from management.
