Pros

The people are awesome - friendly, engaged, supportive, creative, and talented. Constant opportunities to learn and grow, expand into new roles, etc. Nimble, small U.S. team with global European HQ backing.

Cons

Global companies have their challenges in communication and bureaucracy. Searchmetrics is no different, but there's focus on improving that. Maintaining and selling a complex-SEO technology isn't easy - it takes constant learning, teamwork and scrappy thinking.

Lunch once a week, great people and the software works well.

Cons

Lots of turnover in the executive team and sales. Nobody is even close to making their numbers. Poor growth and inexperienced Sales Management!
