The environment was fairly toxic to be in. It has a huge gentleman's club feel which is extremely outdated. Did not feel comfortable to be myself

We pride ourselves on letting our people come to work "as they are" and that's what's kept me here for 6 ½ years as an LGBT employee. Flexible and relaxed are anathema to toxic, so we'd love to learn more about these conflicted experiences. We pride ourselves on diversity and inclusion and there is an open door policy across this company. If you felt you couldn't be your authentic self I'd like to have a discussion as to why you felt this way. And I want to correct any internal issues regarding the same with alacrity. The team at Searchmetrics, Inc. is extremely inclusive, and I feel like my voice and opinions are valued and heard. I've worked with an incredibly smart, fun, and friendly group of individuals during my time here, and have grown both professionally and personally as a result.

Cons

A more distributed, remote or hybrid-work environment can be challenging, even when the individual team members are stellar.
