There's a big difference between working for the US team vs Sweden or other COs. In US, you'll be severely overworked. No work-life balance. Average is >50hr/wk. Salary, so no OT unless your state mandates it. Hiring process takes months. Losing engineers every few weeks. Running on fumes. They're looking for people who will do anything to please the customer. Then make it impossible for you to succeed. Getting more toxic every day. Sales constantly bend/break rules and load you up and set impossible deadlines. Not their problem! Customers expect the "best" and execs expect you to magically deliver. Old tools, outdated infrastructure. No bonuses.
