Low pay, salary increases very slowly every year. No bonuses, profit sharing happens every few years, but it's not a big amount of money.

Able to work remotely, no constant micromanaging

Cons

Employee incentives gone, company culture is about the almighty dollar now, "small town" feel of the company is gone due to such growth that now we feel like just employee numbers and don't really matter, remote employees aren't treated the same as in-office employees.
