Quota setting is unrealistic and there's no sense that leadership knows how to figure this out. It's been worse since the Imprivata acquisition. We are told that we need to prospect more because the inbound leads seem to have dried up completely for most teams. Pay is below industry standard, especially as most will only make base or a bit higher.

The acquisition was honestly a disaster. It was obvious from the start Imprivata had not interest in our workflows or culture or people. They wanted all of us to fit into their way of doing things and shut the heck up. There was a mass exodus and I don't blame anyone for that. No idea how things will go now but the path doesn't seem positive.
