      Great business model, but know what you’re getting into.

      Pros

      The overall mission of the company is good. They pay recruiters well, unlike most agencies with unreliable commission based salaries. The training resources offered are great and the people are kind.

      Cons

      If you’re looking for something stable, this may not be for you. Having worked in many start-up environments, I know how difficult it is to get a business off the ground. However, laying multiple employees off after only a few months of work (and not offering a generous severance package) shows a lack of foresight. This may not be the case forever, but know what you’re getting into if you accept a role with this company in this current financial climate.

      Pros

      SecureVision is built with a Senior Leadership team that deeply cares. They care about the culture, the experiences of their employees, and building that is their top priority. The CEO is incredible, accessible, and is constantly looking for ways to improve his employees' lives. Extremely competitive compensation and benefits with one guaranteed recharge Friday off a month on top of other holidays and PTO.

      Cons

      There are no downsides to working here.

      SecureVision = Great place to work!

      Pros

      One of the best reason for working at SecureVision is the internal support for growth and development you receive, no matter on what position or on which continent. James and the other team leads are helpful, responsive, and show they really care and the people and the culture. There is a big emphasis on maintaining a high degree of communication which makes us feel closer although everyone is working remotely. Also, every contribution is noticed and valued. There is a real impact everyone has on the organization.

      Cons

      This is an amazing place to wear multiple hats, learn, and make an impact in numerous areas of the TA process. If you are not comfortable with that, it might be difficult to adjust.
