      No life. People will call you every hour even during the night. Basically can’t take a real day off

      Pros

      Plenty of different places to work. There's absolutely no shortage and always room to move up after a certain amount of time.

      Cons

      Management absolutely does not give a damn about you. I Had been a site supervisor after working for this company for 5 years. On my 5th week they removed me from the site over 1 mistake ( this and many other instances over the years even as a regular guard) they wont defend you or try to keep you around or train you better. They only care about the client and demand perfection with their supervisors. As a regular guard its even worse. Many times you'll work extra hours without relief or get written up over the Littlest of things.
