not great company, hard to communicate with management

No induction process for new starters Heavy workload which often lead to working more hours than you were supposed to Management so busy that they aren’t available if required The smallest task has a 500 step process that must be followed. Often feels like following processes for the sake of processes. 0 flexibility in how things are done. Even when there isn’t a right way or a wrong way, at securitas there is definitely a right way. Which is often outdated and inefficient. Horrific meeting culture. So many meetings that could be whittled down to an email. All round old fashioned. The managers are all very set in their ways and have mostly worked their for 10-20 years so are unable to look at things with fresh eyes. Things might tick along smoothly but it’s certainly nowhere near where it could be.
