      some sites could be great

      Cons

      They only care about keeping their contracts, so you are just a number. The quality of people they bring makes you wonder if the care about keeping the place safe. It seems they are more focus on meeting their numbers. Low pay, horrible benefits and their turn around is constant you see new faces every week because they do not care for quality. Some sites treat you like you are just a doorman and have no respect for you. Most of the time you are a runner.

      Pros

      nice pay, good gaurds due to pre screening, based in major cities, chances for relocation for new position opportunity.

      Cons

      corporate is overly LAX, there company benefits are a joke (you will pay every week, and you probably will never use it cause you still need $6000 of anything before insurance even kicks in, so good for a car accident i guess?), no chances of pay raises (your stuck at what they put you at on hire date, unless you get promoted). Turn around rate for employees are extremely high.
