Pros
If you get into the right site you mightn't be pulled left right and centre to cover shops and other sites. You may be able to plan some bit with working shifts with your team.
Cons
No career progression. No fair pay rises. They'll string you along and give you a couple of cent after working years for them when you ask. Then they might give you night allowance which is absolutely miserable to keep you sweet.
