      At the Houston HP location there's only 3 days on 4 days off!

      Cons

      12 Hours Shifts Mostly, not that much overtime and not that much room for advancement. .... High turnover rate.

      Was removed from position after being lied to for 6 months by upper management. Never ending calls at night w/o pay.

      Pros

      Security officers got paid to surf the net and do small tours of the buildings with little instruction from the client.

      Cons

      The security officers had is pretty easy, but my position as account manager was under payed, overworked, and based on cover your mistakes and don't let the client know much about our operations. I was paid $13/hr to run security for a multi-billion dollar bio-pharm company. Security officers barely made $10 an hour. No training, hid things from client and the FDA.

      Pros

      Steady schedule and works around school schedule for those who are going to school. Also there is a wide variety of posts that are available. Easy money!

      Cons

      Poor training and lack of communication on management's part. Every time I called the main officer to talk to my scheduling manager I never was able to get in touch with her. Also was told several times to basically just show up to sites with little instruction on what to do. Basically had to wing it. Low pay and limited hours.
