      Pros

      It is easy to get hired by this company, not really any qualifications needed, at least they pay time and a half on holidays

      Cons

      Where do I start...No vacation (I don't count paying you one week of pay after your 1 year anniversary and not being able to schedule any of it or break it up, like take one day here, one day there), no sick leave, benefits at a sky-high rate (then you have their HR rep try to dump it into someone else's lap about who's fault it is that they are too cheap to pay any money towards offsetting the cost of the employee's insurance, etc. FYI, you are fooling no one, but yourselves!

      Pros

      Gets your foot in security, and get the Guard card you need in your state. The ability to basically do nothing for your shift.

      Cons

      Where do I start. If your smart don't expect to get promoted. They don't like any one who is smarter than the management that is at the branch level. Management likes to put down there employees and then in return expect them to be grateful that the officer has a job. And the pay is crappy.
