      Pros

      was able to work as much overtime as wanted and was guaranteed raises every year as well as well as opportunities for better positions within the job site.

      Cons

      everything else about company I was not impressed with,The managers of the site I was at were not willing to help out when it came to issues with employees or rules of the company.

      I made decent pay based only on the client site I was at but there were zero benefits and no sick days or holidays

      Cons

      I got hired as a manager and then left out to fend for myself with absolutely no support from the branch manager or upper management and no training. They just throw you in and leave you hanging. Then when I tried reaching out for support I got nothing because they were always "too busy". We had insane amounts of management turn over. Never any floaters other than the ONE guy for the entire district. How hard is it to hire a security staff? They were just completely disorganized and totally unprofessional in unspeakable ways.

      The only pros are if you happen to be good at lying and covering up the truth to get ahead. The only way to be a supervisor at this place is to lie and kiss up

      Cons

      Everything. I've never worked for a company that so willingly gives up their own values and refuses to look into unfair treatment that being said I've also never been so disrespected in the work place before they act like nazis towards you unless you're a "supervisor" which apparently means you literally do NOTHING at the job
