      Pros

      Tends to be really easy on job duties If you do the job correctly you don't get hassled by anyone. pay used to be comprehensive. Uniforms provided by employer. Usually plenty of offers for OT.

      Cons

      Hours can be subject to change due to Management. May be expected to stay after shift to cover for next if no one is available. - Saying no could have consequences. If you don't work holidays you are forced off with no pay. There is no PTO instead you are given a "vacation paycheck" but that is only if you work full time for one year minimum. Pay is also dependent at which site you end up at. Health benefits depend on which site you work at, or the base one for Securitas is your only choice. Attendance Policy can be extremely strict down to the minute. Not all TOR (Time Off Requests) will be approved

      Pros

      They are always hiring and wages are fair.

      Cons

      Bad communication from top down, reliefs usually suck so it's easy to get stuck with a 16 hour shift out of no where, and they may mess up your check so you have to constantly review them.

      Pros

      You get all the hours you need, Some sites have very decent pay and good benefits.

      Cons

      Favoritism and office politics are the biggest con to this job. As you stay with the company longer. You will notice these two things popping up all the time. It's frustrating. Staying with the company you also notice flashes of discrimination. In regards to medical issues and race. as well as sexual orientation. Which HR rarely fixes.
