Direct Deposit Yearly Anniversary Bonus Check Based on job performance was well liked by clients who I worked under while at Securitas.
Cons
Lack of communication/respect between guards and branch mangers Seniority is not valued when it comes to priority posts/assignments(3 years I worked for Securitas). Lack of background checks of hired employees Favoritism Unprofessional managers/supervisors Covered tons of overtime( poor management) Good employees get screwed over, bad employees get promoted. Fight like tooth and nail to get time off. No communication with clients of properties Securitas is contracted for services( Lost of lot of contracts and employees due to this.)
