      Decent pay for security officer in area, but benefits are lacking. Some upward mobility as well.

      Pros

      both permanent placements and relief covers options - meaning you can adapt the way you would prefer to work to your personal schedule. The wider securitas team is great and majority of the ops team in HQ have started in the field and they actually know the role.

      Cons

      if you are relief STARS you might end up with not enough hours to support you, but it all depends on your personal skillset.
