      I applied for a $23/hr security job, after a two week process and 13 hours of unpaid training (5 of which in person no parking validation ofc) they tell me they only have $19/hr jobs available and “can’t find” the job I applied for. On top of that they tell me because I’m still working at Allied Universal I’m at “a conflict of interested” and refuse to hire me. They expect you to quit your current job, and then lie about pay and job availability. Complete clown show company, AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

      You get a pay check

      Cons

      Your pay is subject to change based on other bids for your post, as in it can be lowered without warning. You are subject to multiple phone calls from managers that aren't yours asking you to cover locations that you are not assigned to regardless of your assigned posts needs. I once worked a 21 hour day due to this. This job is not for the feint of heart.
