Not sure about how tech orianted is the company

Core problems at work have been unaddressed for months. Upper management is far too fixated on times tours start and how long they took instead of whether you reported something you saw. Bizarrely you can’t in between tours sit down at a different post before the next tour because it’s a closed post and you’ll be “sitting around and not doing anything”. So instead they want you wasting 15 minutes walking back to your original post so you can sit around and not do anything for a minute just to get back up and walk another 15 minutes to return to where you just were. Points keep being added to the tour for one off incidents that occurred long ago.
