      Terrible company but read on for the reasons to stay

      Pros

      Overtime is usually very easy to come by. You aren't required to give two weeks notice to leave. You can find shifts 24 hours a day to accommodate your lifestyle. They let you come back if you part on good terms.

      Cons

      They treat guards like robots, not humans. It's a new protocol to write you up even if you have a doctor's letter from the hospital. Different sites require drastically different expectations. There is little to no training. There is zero communication between HQ and the guards. The health insurance isn't possible to afford on the hourly wages we make. There's supposed added perks and benefits and training but it's not freely given or accessible to advance ourselves.

      Upper upper management dont talk to reps really to see how they are doing.
