Little to no support with major account issues. All lost accounts are deemed service related and fall on the District Manager. Upper management will sacrifice Dms and officers to protect their interests.

Low Wages, retirement program sucks, retention rate is terrible, health benefits are terrible until you promote to a certain position but still aren’t great. long hours, they tell you you’ll have X days off and call you back into work due to staffing problems, the training for officers is saturated due to the poor retention, which then forces the hand to promote untalented individuals into positions of authority which then weaken the integrity of the operation and organization as a whole causing. Work/ life balance is unsustainable in majority of the positions.
