      Embarrassment to a great world wide security company

      Pros

      - very fast and easy to get hired. - anyone can work, they don't check a person's background; both criminal & experience. - they don't even ask for proof of diploma; why would they, the female boss doesn't even have one.

      Cons

      - no leadership authority that looks after all staff. - (FAVORATISM) you only get a raise if you get a promotional position, and you don't get that unless your friends/family with the leadership. - no respect and authority for company policy: * appearances, *no disciplinary actions neither verbal or actual for any violation of post orders/company policies more on "tardiness or no call no show" and guards get away with it" - overworked and no raise - no evaluation for performances - bad leadership, it's like they are only titled for the pay and not actual responsibility. - losing job sites to other companies due to issues not being handled and corrected.
