Pros
Work with some cool people, got hired and onboarded quickly, might get lucky and put at an easy post
Cons
There is alot of cons, everything they tell you in the beginning is a lie. You basically get treated like a number and butt to fill a chair and not a person. Never get a chance for improvement or to move up. Pay is horrible and basically never get raises. Always understaffed so end up working 6-7 days a week for terrible money. Very unorganized and most of the management/recruiters/HR have no clue what’s going on and all give different answers so if you need help you can’t get it. In the beginning when they say you can make it a career and room for improvement and they will always take care of you and fight for you, don’t believe it.
