Pros
At my site, we have fairly decent communication. Its not lightning quick but if it’s serious you get a response within one to two days depending on how you contact management. You get what you put in. If you show up and do your job, you’ll get the pay raise you deserve. Plenty of overtime available. Management is very respectful of your time off and will only contact you if absolutely necessary. Great crew, I love the energy my coworkers bring to the office. I know I could count on them for anything job related. They make sure you’re trained up for the job, and all you have to say is that you need more training if you’re not comfortable being on your own yet. Management is very nice for the most part, very respectful and understanding.
Cons
Benefits are garbage. No one around me accepts the insurance we’re given. Sometimes my requests go unanswered and ignored.
