They offer plenty of overtime because they cant hire or retain employees.

Cons

This company will lie or bait and switch whenever convenient. There are some site managers with their heart in the right place but their hands are tied by corporate. The only thing they care about is warm bodies to fulfill contract requirement regardless of employee safety or any labor laws they can get around. They claim to have benefits but the health plan is purposely designed to be unavoidable to avoid any costs to them . To the tune of 6000 a period with a 6000 deductible which doesn't even include vision or dental...

Pros

It is stupidly easy to get hired. Securitas has low thresholds for hires and the pay to refelct it.

Cons

Pay in general is crap especially if you are on a dreaded National Account. As a supervisor, you are lucky if get mildly decent people. Turns out most guards can do the math and find better-paying jobs. The better the guard the shorter their stay before they find a better job.

Some of the sites they send you too really appreciate your work, the interview process was ok, some of the managers and supervisors actually care about the employees.

Cons

Don't answer phones Unprofessional Depending on the site, no matter your experience they low ball you but when they need employees to work they offer to pay you more. They don't care about filling positions or losing contracts. They have payroll issues.
