      There are not many pros besides a few good employees and ability to work remote.

      Cons

      Poor leadership; no sense of direction; extremely difficult to get answers; outsourced billing and customer service is pretty much non existent

      Its a small company feel within the larger Securitas company which makes for an outstanding culture and work environment.
