Chill, working from home, the pay was not bad, and many more things.

No company is perfect, they have some cons, but they didn't really affect me. I was referring to the cons.

decent pay and management company truck phone and gas card

Cons

will take away overtime pay at any given time but mostly at the most inopportune times like the holidays so upper management can have their fat christmas bonuses also they don't like to give any type of substantial raise they also don't give any sort of opportunities for techs to rise up in the company for positions that come open
