The job itself is pretty laid back. Mostly doing rounds, checking cameras, and some paperwork. The definite cons are very low pay, high turnover, and dealing with rude customers.

Co-workers are typically well versed and proficient in the subject matters. Engineering and design are typically very well done. Compensation is mostly fair. Benefits are fairly priced.

Cons

PM's are the sole point of accountability for project success or failure, even when outside parties(techs/subs/GC's/EC's) and events cannot be mitigated by the PM to maintain project and revenue forecast trajectory. Cohesiveness and teamwork between teams can be better. Intra-team support is lacking sometimes and finger pointing and blaming vs. issue resolution happens too frequently and doesn't held drive project closure. Need improved PTO policy and allotments
