Decent pay and employees are treated with respect. We are remote now because of the pandemic and the company has been very good to us. We still have virtual get-togethers and the company even sends us gift cards for lunch. My manager is very nice.

Cons

There is a lot of confusion with a new computer system that was put in last year. There was not enough planning to make it right. There have been layoffs this past year.
