Large customer base allows for exposure to a wide variety of businesses. Lots of work to keep you busy.

Cons

Terrible management, solely focused on quarterly numbers and not employee development or retention. Upper management is a boy's club who surround themselves with yes men. Raises are either paltry or absent, identical to your opportunity to climb the corporate ladder here. HR harasses employees for seeking help, and "restructure" teams to terminate employees shortly after they've made reports to the Global Integrity Hotline.
