They pay you for your time, likely much less than you're worth

Cons

Managers so inept, it's a miracle they're able to log on to their laptops. Cuts entire departments for no reason with no warning. Those who remain are left to absorb the workload of those who got fired. Paltry wage increases (less than 3%)
