Cons

Company focuses more on customers than technicians, poor dissemination of information, numbers matter more than quality work, training is paid for but is expected to be done on personal unpaid time along with administrative tasks, poor work/life balance, 3 days bereavement and any additional time comes from PTO or vacation

They do not understand or appreciate remote work, so you will fly under the radar if you are not in their Uniontown office.

Cons

This is not an employee-centric organization. Their benefits demonstrate their lack of interest in their employees, which they call "associates." Not enough women in leadership. They are owned by Sweden-based Securitas Group but they reject any of that culture in their North American business. Zero attempts by leadership to connect with employee population in a meaningful way.
