I have sat on the sidelines and watched over the last few years as the the world's greatest sideshow of exploitation and inhumane practices unfolded as our company was acquired by Securitas Electronics. Initially, we were promised the moon, with growth, access to cutting edge resources and support. To my utter dismay this is the farthest from the truth! They are only out to acquire business, and grow their bottom line. This EGO driven leadership only has THEIR best interest in the forefront at ALL times. They DO NOT care to cultivate and grow employees AS they have NO ethical practices in play! They verbally and painfully abuse, overwork and underpay employees with NO work life balance! This is NOT an understatement!! I have NEVER EVER in my entire work history witnessed anything of this nature. How do they get away with it? Good question!!! I can only go so deep on this review.. But enough to warn others!
