So, you get paid on time!

Cons

Since the Stanley Acquisition life has become unbearable, no access to data, nothing is communicated, infighting and politics at the top are causing massive issues and all the good people are either leaving or have left. If I hear “we bought you” one more time I’m probably going to lose the plot. There are 1000’s of employees who want to do a good job but are hampered by the above and everyone works at one or two levels below their skill set.

No growth into new roles. Company is not the same since Stanley acquisition (more micromanagement and inefficiencies).
